Job Description: The Used Car Sales Manager will oversee our pre-owned vehicle inventory and sales department. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maximize profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and maximize revenue.
• Provide professional coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance the sales team’s performance.
• Acquire and manage a high-quality pre-owned vehicle inventory to optimize sales opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Set competitive pricing strategies based on market trends and customer demand.
• Oversee trade-in evaluations to ensure fair and profitable transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, auction partners, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with the New Car Sales Manager to align sales goals and inventory strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with other departments, including service and finance, to ensure seamless operations.

Pay R ange: $96,000 - $180,000

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years as a Used Car Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry, preferably in a high-line automotive setting.
• Strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicle sales, pricing, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM tools.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
