Job Description:
As a Food Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner. Your role will involve taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Relay orders to kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared to specifications.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables.
• Monitor and respond to guest needs during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth operation.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food service role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
