Job Description

The reporting analyst will work with Global Ministries to determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and will develop the tools and processes for collecting data across the OMS world. They will develop reports to present the data in visually appealing and intelligible formats to assist leaders in decision making and to represent the outcomes and impact of OMS ministries to stakeholders. This is a crucial role to provide easily digestible information on performance metrics for leaders, board members, and supporters of OMS.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and communicate with data professionals and upper management to oversee projects that relate to the KPIs and overall metric reporting goals of OMS.
• Create spreadsheets, reporting stories, and visually appealing reports.
• Assess and suggest improvements of current data collection processes.
• Assess and verify raw data integrity.
• Create, update, and share databases using OMS identified tools.
• Help develop analytical tools and processes.
• Capacity to train staff in data entry techniques.

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in management information systems, finance, or statistics.
• Developed skills in the use of computer software to collect, compile, and review business data.
• Experience in analyzing data.
• Experience with data collection, storage, and reporting software.
• Troubleshooting and report writing.
• Knowledge of effective business practices and systems.
• Ability to connect various software platforms that collect pertinent data to the reporting software.
• Experience with Salesforce, BambooHR, Site Stacker, Excel, and/or Domo a plus, but training is available for each of these platforms.
• Excellent mastery of the English language.
• Attentive and considerate team player with the ability to relate well to multiple coworkers in the collection and reporting of metrics.
• Demonstrate Christian character and commitment to the OMS ethos and vision.
• Weave the compassion of Christ into all tasks.
