Hours: 32 hours/week with call
Unit Summary:
The Interventional Radiology RN collaborates with the IR team to provide comprehensive care in a dynamic procedural setting. Pre procedure the IR nurse is responsible for assessment and evaluation of patient’s. Intra-procedure, the IR RN assumes responsibility for patient safety and hemodynamic monitoring. Post procedure, the IR RN coordinates with patients, families and ancillary staff to provide education and enhance patient experience.
This role will be required to float between the two campuses- Main Campus and Saints Campus
Qualifications:RN Massachusetts license required
BSN is strongly preferred
Critical Care RN experience is required
Interventional Radiology experience preferred
Interventional Radiology Nursing experience preferred
