Position: Program Manager (Hardware Product)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop frameworks to execute the delivery of programs with the appropriate level of process.
• Work cross-functionally to develop best practices in a dynamic environment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including specifications and test plans.
• Manage complex business problems in terms of people, processes, and technology to enable organizational priorities and deliver best-in-class partner experiences.
• Develop schedules, identify critical paths and bottlenecks, and maintain execution throughout the duration of partner programs.
• Manage communication within and between business leaders across business and technology groups.
• Plan scope and feature set of programs with engineering and business partners.
• Own the outcomes by being the face of the program or programs managed.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 7+ years of hardware product or program management experience.
• Experience delivering hardware products or enterprise technical programs from inception to delivery.
• Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with and advising technical product teams.
• Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
• Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience : 7+ years of experience in hardware engineering, product management, or technical program management.
• Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of computer systems, software architecture, and technology trends.
• Program Management : Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs on time and with high quality.
• Leadership : Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
