Job Description

We are currently seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. If you’re a motivated individual with excellent communication and project management skills, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Track project progress and milestones, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
• Organize and schedule project meetings, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes as required.
• Monitor project budgets and assist in resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Provide regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders on project status.
• Support with risk management and help resolve challenges that arise during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management (internship experience is also acceptable).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
