Position Overview:
The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a strong interest in project management, organizational skills, and the desire to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project resources, tasks, and deliverables across different departments.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
• Help identify potential risks and issues, providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Organize project meetings, track action items, and ensure proper follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure that all project-related files are up-to-date and accessible.
• Support the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are aligned.
• Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling and coordination of meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in project coordination, internships, or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
