Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Support senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Help track project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and schedules.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure they stay on track.
• Participate in project meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Some experience in project management, either through internships or in a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
