Food & Beverage Service Internships (Level 1) - interns will learn and perform all aspects of dining services provided at a prestigious country club. Typically interns will begin their on the job learning as a host or server assistant and based on their abilities they will progress to banquet and a-la-carte service and potentially have the opportunity to assist in the managing dining services and banquet events.
Food & Beverage Service Internships (Level 2) - interns will be responsible for providing and overseeing dining and banquet services at the Club's Pool Café, a-la-carte dining areas and banquet facilities. Internship areas of focus: Events Management, Pool Cafe Management, Beverage Management, and Dining Services Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
All candidates must currently be pursuing a degree in hospitality management; interest in Country Club Management and Operations is preferred. This individual must show a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with members, guests and staff in a courteous, empathetic and discreet manner.
