A Typical Day
Develop deep knowledge of our self empowerment programmes in order to speak to their impact and distinctions.
Build and nurture over time relationships with potential clients of our programmes
Interviewing candidates with a curiosity to learn their deeper motivations.
Weekly training calls run by inspiring business leaders to raise your game and raise your spirits. You will have the ability to actively run and contribute to these over time.
Develop a baseline understanding of attraction marketing - with extensive training. 

Your Expertise
We are looking for the extraordinary!
A strong independent work ethic and determination to rise.
Passion for self growth and growing others, and an openness to continue growing and learning in your abilities to do so.
Past experience and enjoyment of building or leading teams is preferred.
5+ years of experience in Team Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Executive Leadership, Coaching, Marketing or Business Development 
Self-starter who is resourceful, self-sufficient and who already knows they thrive with high levels of autonomy
The ability to get things done efficiently on your own clock while working remotely. 
Highly proficient communicators.
