Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician
Location: Skiatook, OK
Pay: $15 - $18 per hour (DOE) + $1/hr increase upon permanent hire
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all machinery and tools in our cabinet shop are operating efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive approach to maintenance, and the ability to assist with general shop duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on shop machinery and tools to keep operations running smoothly.
Tool Repair:
• Maintain tools in good working condition, including sharpening, repairing, and replacing worn-out parts.
Safety Compliance:
• Identify and address potential hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow and implement safety protocols to protect team members and equipment.
General Shop Duties:
• Assist with cabinet building and other shop tasks as needed.
• Support the team with various hands-on projects.
Qualifications:
• Experience with machinery maintenance, tool repair, or related fields preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
