Job Description

Nobox, Irelands leading Aviation Solutions agency are seeking an experienced Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager. This will be an opportunity to own and manage our digital and social media accounts, supporting high volume recruitment campaigns with our established aviation clients.

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Experience: 5+ years within a similar field, Aviation Experience desirable, not essential

Salary: Negotiable

Position

You will be lead developer and facilitator for Digital & Social Media, establishing new content, presenting new ideas and concepts to attract talent. This role allows for autonomy and requires that you can work on your own initiative while also possessing the management skills to lead a growing marketing and social media team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media conscious, developing, inventing and implementing new strategies to attract top talent in the aviation industry.

  • Digital Marketing – Rolling out digital marketing campaigns in support of our client database and their recruitment drives.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and bring new and diverse concepts, particularly focusing on content creation, media posting, optimizing engagement.

  • Report on online trends, ability to compare various active recruitment campaigns and identify high performing results.

  • Management of in-house websites, developing content structures to ensure excellence in presenting our service offerings.

  • Collaboration interdepartmentally, ensuring alignment of content across all functions.

  • Marketing communications such as creating mailshot templates across all variations of new roles as they come ‘live’, ensuring successful catchment of applications.

  • Meet with our aviation clients to establish and agree best digital and social media campaign presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
  • Proven experience within a similar position, ability to adapt quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment, driven by fast turnaround activities.
  • Ability to adapt, tweak and implement various campaigns, at any one time ensuring innovative concepts for each.
  • Management/Supervisory experience within a similar function, desirable but not essential.
  • Drive, determination and results orientated with a strong creative flair.
