Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data in our systems to ensure the organization of vital information. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play an essential role in maintaining our database's integrity, which supports various departments' operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into the company database and systems accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify data for discrepancies and errors, making corrections as necessary.
• Compile and maintain up-to-date records, ensuring completeness and confidentiality.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries from the database to support business needs.
• Perform regular backups to secure data integrity and prevent loss.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or training in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently
