Job Description

Seeking a litigation attorney with 2 -10 years experience for an immediate opening for a Liability Associate Attorney with some experience for its Greenville, SC office.

You will work with an experienced team to represent corporate and insurer clients. This includes evaluating and advising clients on pertinent issues and the optimum path to resolve or try cases, including independently handling hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.

The candidate must have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the South Carolina Bar Association. Significant experience, including federal court cases, is preferred but optional. The candidate will have demonstrated critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, attorneys, and staff.

The Liability Attorney's cases will include commercial motor vehicle, automobile liability, premises liability, construction defect, and product liability.
